As a member of the Unfold team, we’ll review your pay every six months to ensure your salary remains competitive.

Christmas shutdown

Our studio closes for three days between Christmas and New Year so everyone gets time to enjoy the downtime over the festive season.

Together as a team

We like to spend time together as a team. Whether that’s the Summer/Christmas parties or our weekly games lunch there’s plenty of time to get to know your team mates!

Summer hours

Every August we take Friday afternoons off to spend time with loved ones, pursue hobbies or simply reset and recharge. All on top of your standard holiday allowance.

Summer hours

At Unfold, we’re committed to promoting a healthy work/life balance, and so each summer we take Friday afternoons off to relax and recharge.

This additional time away from the studio allows the team to explore new hobbies, travel, unwind and spend quality time with family and friends.
